On weekends, I can take my kids to Space Center Houston, explore the Clear Lake area, and enjoy a community where families, young professionals, and couples all feel welcome. The school district, Clear Creek ISD, is one of the best in the Houston area, which mattered to me as a dad.
I moved in right after the community opened in May 2025. I've been through every season here now. I know which floor plans get the best light, where to set up at the pool on a Saturday, and how fast maintenance actually shows up when something breaks.
